SLIK announced the unveiling of the Carbon Telescopic Long Pole on January 24, 2025.
This new mounting pole is a high-quality carbon long pole made using Slik’s tripod technology, and is suitable for shooting at heights of up to 7.5m.
It uses a special carbon pipe with a maximum pipe diameter of 42mm that is both lightweight and flex-resistant. The pole is designed not to rotate, allowing for smooth extension and retraction. The tip of the pole is designed with a tripod head attachment that allows for easy installation and replacement of equipment. It is sold as a set that includes a case and a tripod head “SBH-61”.
SLIK Carbon Telescopic Long Pole Features
The six-stage telescopic structure using carbon pipes with a maximum pipe diameter of 42 mm allows the collapsed length to be adjusted from 1.52 m to 7.5 m.
The anti-slip pipe keeps the lever in place and allows for easy extension. Also, a red line indicates the pole’s maximum extension limit, so you can be careful not to overextend it and come off.
The legs are equipped with a lever lock system that makes them easy to use. The locked state can be visually confirmed, preventing accidents.
The pole tip is equipped with a lever-type attachment system that allows for quick setup by setting the camera and tripod head on the attachment in advance.
