ZHIYUN announced the CRANE 4 gimbal for digital SLR cameras and cinema cameras. The CRANE 4 is developed for filmmakers and content creators.
Lighter and more ergonomic
The precision-crafted CRANE 4 is designed to be lighter than its predecessor, allowing camera operators to work with one or both hands for long periods of time without fatigue. Combined with an ergonomic wrist rest, CRANE 4 is equipped with an adjustable sling grip that supports fine-tuning angle adjustment and enables precise motion control. The versatile sling grip adjusts to the gimbal’s central axis, allowing operators to easily switch between sling style and two-handed mode depending on operator preference. The quick-release module allows you to easily switch between landscape and portrait modes depending on your shooting needs.
Next-generation precision and performance
CRANE 4 takes payload capability to the next level, allowing creatives to more precisely lift and move heavier full-frame DSLRs, and compact cinema cameras such as Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K, ZCAM and SIGMA FP series. The longer arm and stronger motor make for better accuracy and portability.
Easy-to-read color touch screen
The built-in 1.22-inch color touch screen allows operators to easily check and adjust CRANE 4’s balance, driving modes and other functions, and check real-time status information.
Fast charging for all day use
The Zhiyun CRANE 4 uses high-capacity 18650 batteries provide up to 12 hours of runtime, and USB PD fast charging can be fully charged within 2 hours.
Built-in fill light
As a new feature in the CRANE series, the Zhiyun CRANE 4 has a built-in 10W fill light with a maximum illumination of 3200 lux, CRI 95+, CCT 2700K-5500K. This built-in and portable light allows for convenience in shooting where the weight of the kit and the size of the crew are important.
Comprehensive creative ecosystem
