Vault Micro announced that its CameraFi Live iOS live streamer app now supports Accsoon’s SeeMo HDMI and SeeMo Pro SDI/HDMI iOS adapters.
With this support, users can connect an external HDMI or SDI source, such as a mirrorless camera or camcorder, to an iPhone or iPad with a cable and stream it in high quality via CameraFi Live. Additionally, users can live switch between the output from a camera connected via SeeMo and the built-in camera on an iPhone or iPad, providing a mini-studio-like experience with minimal hardware. Video sent from SeeMo can also be recorded to an iOS device from within the CameraFi Live app.
Easy Setup
Connecting your camera to CameraFi Live is as simple as attaching a few cables and your HD video feed automatically appears in the CameraFi Live app, making streaming as easy as using as iPhone’s camera.
Users can quickly select their iOS device’s camera and SeeMo input by clicking the button at the bottom of the screen or by swiping left and selecting the source from the menu.
CameraFi Live iOS – Popular App
CameraFi Live is known for allowing users to stream directly from their iPhone or iPad to platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Twitch with effects and real-time editing. Overlay images, text, scoreboards, subtitles, and animations onto live video within the app on any iOS device. As a result, CameraFi Live is especially popular for streams that require a professional appearance, such as sports, news, shopping, and seminars.
Vault Micro commented as follows:
CameraFi Live and Accsoon’s SeeMo integration now allows you to connect an external camera to your iPhone.
It will be used in all fields that require high-quality images, such as sports broadcasts, live shopping, news, and online seminars.
The cumulative number of downloads of the Android version of CameraFi Live has already exceeded 15 million, and the iOS app is expected to grow rapidly due to integration with Accsoon SeeMo.
Expanding SeeMo app family
CameraFi Live will join other professional video apps and integrations that utilize SeeMo’s low-latency video input for iOS devices. This includes Frame.io, Switcher Studio, DirectorMonitor, TVU Anywhere, and more.
An updated version of CameraFi Live with full support for SeeMo Pro and SeeMo HDMI is available for download from the app store.
The combination of CameraFi Live and SeeMo Pro will be exhibited at CES 2024 (booth number: 63617) in Las Vegas from January 9th to 12th, 2024.
