Sony launched E PZ 16-50mm F3.5-5.6 OSS II is the successor to the E PZ 16-50mm F3.5-5.6 OSS, a 3x zoom lens that is also used as a kit lens for the ZV-E10 and α6400. The white model of the ZV-E10 II lens kit comes with a silver lens, while the black model comes with a black lens. Only the black lens is available for individual sale.
It is the perfect lens for those using an interchangeable lens camera for the first time. It follows the same image quality, size, and operability as the previous model, but has upgraded autofocus and video performance.
Evolution from Type 1
To maximize the performance of the ZV-E10 II, the lens now supports autofocus tracking during zooming. It also supports lens breathing correction on the body.
As an evolution of the ZV-E10 II with an eye on future improvements, it now supports continuous shooting at approximately 120 frames per second, which is possible with the α9 III. Although it is a kit lens, the AF has been significantly improved. Image stabilization has also been improved, and the lens also supports coordinated control of the body and lens.
The mass is slightly lighter than the first model. The volume, overall length, and maximum diameter are slightly larger, but the exterior has a more luxurious feel and features a matte finish.
