Aputure Imaging Industries unveiled the Sidus One DMX transmitter and receiver system. Additionally, the Sidus Link Pro app, which controls the CRMX from a tablet, was announced.

Sidus One
The Aputure Sidus One is a wireless DMX transmitter and receiver that allows wireless connection and operation of not only Aputure/amaran but also any other lighting equipment. By connecting Sidus One to a tablet device with the newly released professional app Sidus Link Pro installed, CRMX control via the tablet device is possible. In addition, it has already obtained the technical conformity mark and the Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Act (PSE mark).
Sidus One Product Features
- Wi-Fi connectivity: Standard Art-Net and sACN protocols and Wi-Fi compatibility allow connection to third-party devices
- Console Connection: When connected to a console via DMX512, Sidus One can transmit wired DMX data to the CRMX and control it.
- Sidus Link connection: When using the Sidus Link app to connect to Sidus BT, Sidus One is connected as the main node, ensuring stable communication with the Sidus Link app.
- Sidus Link Pro Connection: By connecting to Sidus One’s Wi-Fi, you can control Sidus Link Pro and lighting simultaneously via DMX512, CRMX, and Sidus BT. With Sidus One, you can control 1 to 4 universes simultaneously.

Sidus Link Pro
Sidus Link Pro is a wireless control app for professionals that is completely different from the conventional Sidus Link. Through Sidus One, you can connect a tablet device with Sidus Link Pro installed to a light that supports wireless control, and intuitively control CRMX from the tablet. Lights other than Aputure products can also be controlled through Sidus Link Pro as long as they are CRMX-compatible.
After downloading, the app can be used for free as a trial version for six months, after which it will be converted into a paid subscription.
