The new Insta360 Link 2 and Link 2C are designed to meet these demands, delivering premium image quality in any environment. The Insta360 Link 2 and Link 2C are equipped with industry-leading imaging technology. First impressions matter when communicating virtually, so video quality matters when pitching a client, teaching a class, or building an online community.
At the heart of the Link 2 and Link 2C webcams is a high-performance 1/2-inch sensor, which is larger than what you’d find in a typical webcam. The larger sensor captures more light and detail, and combined with its strong low-light performance, it can be used in poorly lit environments. This sensor, combined with advanced HDR (High Dynamic Range) technology, expands the dynamic range and reproduces well-balanced highlights and shadows.
Support for resolutions up to 4K 30fps, with sharp details and vibrant colors, helps break down the barriers that exist in online communication, making you feel like you’re having a face-to-face conversation.
The Link 2 and Link 2C don’t just care about the user’s appearance, they also offer a True Focus function that reproduces the depth of field found in DSLRs, allowing you to add natural blur to the surroundings, and fast and accurate Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF) to prevent blurry shots.
Two unique models
- Link 2: For those who want ultimate freedom, Link 2 features a built-in 2-axis gimbal for smooth, shake-free footage and AI-powered tracking to keep you in the frame.
- Link 2C: For those who need a fixed setup, the Link 2C offers the same 4K image quality and AI capabilities as the Link 2, but in a compact design without a gimbal.
Upgraded premium accessories are also available with the Link 2 and Link 2C, including a new magnetic mount for easy setup and the option to attach the camera to a monitor or magnetic surface for quick and easy positioning.

Intuitive AI-powered operation
The Link 2 and Link 3 take AI capabilities to the next level, allowing the camera to function well whether you’re moving freely or using simple gestures.
With precise AI tracking and auto framing, the camera keeps you perfectly centered in the frame even as you move around freely, making it ideal for educators, presenters and others who need to move around during video conferences and live streams. There’s also a new group tracking feature that keeps you and your teammates in the frame.
The new Pose Tracking Area feature allows the camera to recognize areas where it won’t track the user, making it ideal for live e-commerce broadcasts where the camera can keep the product in focus without following the user, or for hiding sensitive areas or information during a presentation (only available on Link 2).
Gesture control has also been greatly improved, allowing you to do more without touching the camera. With simple hand gestures, you can perform actions such as starting and stopping AI tracking, zooming in and out, and enabling smart whiteboard mode. A variety of tools for any situation
The new generation Link offers a host of new and updated features, including additional modes, remote control and pro-level filters.
- Smart Whiteboard Mode * : Automatically detects, cuts out and focuses on the whiteboard being used in the presentation. Online presentations are now even easier. There is also a traditional whiteboard mode that uses a small recognition marker to specify the presentation area.
*The dedicated desktop software “Link Controller” must be used. - 4K Portrait Mode: Capture 4K vertical video with no cropping, perfect for social media. Simply mount on a tripod (sold separately) for high-res streaming.
- Remote Smartphone Control: Adjust settings, switch modes, and control the gimbal from your smartphone.
- Background Replacement: Link 2 and Link 2 allow seamless background replacement.
- Desk view mode: A mode that captures an overhead view of your hands, which is useful for presentations and demonstrations.
- One-click Makeup: makeup filters for a natural look. Ideal for those times when you’re running late and need a last-minute touch-up.
