Bose Professional has released the Forum series of compact, high-output coaxial point source speakers.
Bose Professional has launched the new Forum Multipurpose Loudspeaker series in Japan. The new Forum series delivers surprisingly high output and excellent sound quality in a compact, easy-to-install design, delivering performance that is unmatched by other speakers of the same level.
What is the Forum Series?
The series consists of two types of full-range speakers, the FC108 and FC112, with 8-inch (approx. 20 cm) and 12-inch (approx. 30 cm) sizes, both of which use a coaxial 2-way system. Designed for medium to large spaces, they deliver high output, uniform, and clear sound for permanent installations such as multipurpose halls, event venues, theaters, stores, and banquet halls.

Both the FC108 and FC112 feature the exclusive Bose Beamwidth Matching Waveguide, which offers a significant advantage over other point-source speaker designs. This waveguide delivers consistent frequency response, clarity and imaging throughout the entire coverage area, reproducing legendary Bose sound quality. Located just behind the grille, the waveguide adjusts the dispersion angle of low and high frequencies at the crossover frequency band by controlling low-frequency radiation through a unique airflow pattern.
The result is wide bandwidth and uniform sound coverage, plus pre-tuned passive crossovers designed for quick and easy installation with no additional signal processing required.

Indoor and Outdoor Use
The Forum Series is IP43 rated for long term durability in indoor and suitable outdoor environments, and mounting points on the top, bottom and sides of the enclosure connect to a frame that is integral to the driver, ensuring the entire cabinet is stable when suspended.
The cabinet can be rotated to fit any space, and the logo can be aligned for a consistent look. Mounting options include a U-bracket, suspension rails, a pole adapter for mounting a tripod stand, and eyebolt hanging.
