RØDE has announced their new PodMicUSB microphone, catered to podcasts and streamers, will be released on June 20, 2023. Expected retail price will be $299.
The new PodMic USB is a dynamic microphone that supports a wide range of applications such as podcasting, content creation, video production, streaming, gaming, and voice chat. Equipped with an XLR terminal and a USB-C terminal, it can be easily connected to various devices.
In addition, since the Revolution Preamp, DSP, and noise reduction mechanism developed by RØDE are incorporated inside the body, high-quality recording can be easily performed.

Equipped with high versatility to respond to various situations, it is possible to record high-quality voice at home as if it was recorded in a studio. The body has a built-in pop filter and shock mount to reduce pop noise and desk vibration noise. Also included is an external studio-quality pop filter.
