Leica Camera will expand the lineup of Leica SL2 kits, with two new kits announced. These kits are now available online or at a Leica store.
- Leica SL2 Silver + Summicron SL f2/50mm ASPH. Set : $7,595
- Leica SL2 Silver + Summicron SL f2/35mm ASPH. Set : $7,895
are the “Vario Elmarito-SL 24-70 f/2.8 ASPH.” and the legendary “Noctilux-M 50 f/1.2 ASPH (with M Adapter L).” Two more types of kits are now available, bringing the total number of kit variations to four.
The new kit announcements are the Summicron SL 35mm and the Summicron-SL 50mm lenses. Both kits are available with the silver-colored SL2. The Leica stores, both online and the in-person stores, will have these kits available for sale in the coming months. Leica has mentioned that there is significant savings in purchasing a kit, with the website stating that the value from buying one of these kits constitutes of a savings of up to $2,000.
