ProGrade Digital Incorporated has started selling CFexpress 4.0 Type B IRIDIUM 400GB/800GB/1.6TB VPG400 memory cards.
PROGRADE CFexpress 4.0 Type B IRIDIUM VPG400 memory cards are fully compliant with the PCIe Gen4-based CFexpress 4.0 standard. Additionally, these memory cards are capable of achieving a maximum read speed of 3550MB/s, a maximum write speed of 3000MB/s, and a sustained write speed of 850MB/s (400GB) or 1500MB/s (800GB/1TB). They are also VPG400 compatible, and ideal for high-definition video shooting with cameras that adopt the VPG400 standard, such as the Canon EOS R1, R5 Mark II and Sony BURANO.
These memory cards are also backward compatible with CFexpress 2.0. When used with a CFexpress 2.0-compatible camera or card reader, IRIDIUM memory cards performance is equivalent to a CFexpress 2.0 Type B GOLD card.
PROGRADE IRIDIUM is the brand name for the high-speed version of memory cards that use TLC memory.
