7Artisans announced the new full-frame wide-angle interchangeable lens, 14mm F2.8, on August 15, 2025.

What is the 7Artisans 14mm F2.8
This manual-focus wide-angle prime lens is compatible with full-frame sensors. Despite its ultra-wide 116° field of view, it effectively suppresses distortion and captures landscapes and architecture with dynamic and sharp images.
The optical system features a balanced arrangement of special lenses, including two aspherical lenses, five high-refractive lenses, and three ED lenses, achieving high resolution and natural color reproduction.

The brightness of the maximum aperture of f/2.8 supports shooting in dark places while also enabling three-dimensional expression that makes the subject stand out.
It also features a 10-blade aperture, which produces sharp and beautiful rays of light from point light sources, making it suitable for nightscape and starry sky photography.
The lens barrel is equipped with a switch that allows you to switch the aperture ring on or off, allowing for precise operation with clicks when taking photos and smooth exposure adjustment by eliminating the clicks when shooting video.
In addition, a dedicated screw-in filter holder that can accommodate 77mm diameter filters is included, allowing you to use PL and ND filters, which are difficult to use with ultra-wide-angle lenses, expanding the scope of expression.
