
Wooden Camera announced a collection of accessories the new Sony FX2 camera.
This product comes designed with modularity and value for money in mind, offering more purchasing options than ever before, making it easier and more flexible for users to customize their rig to suit their needs, including adding accessories such as monitors, handles, and microphones.


“It was important to us to understand the target market for the FX2 and offer a competitive price point to creatives,” said Dominic Aiello, Senior Director of Accessories at Creative Solutions. “The design is simple yet impactful, and it’s versatile enough to be used in everything from casual shoots to large rigs.”
The lineup of main accessories includes a “Top Plate” with industry-standard mounting points, a “Cage L-Bracket” half cage that does not interfere with the movement of the camera’s movable EVF, a “Cage Grip” that adds mounting points for accessories while allowing for battery changes, and a “20mm ARCA Riser” that can be mounted in two directions.

Purchasing options have also been revamped, allowing users to choose between a “Half Cage (top plate + L bracket)” or a “Full Cage (top plate + L bracket + grip).” Additionally, the “Core Cage System” and “Elite Cage System” will also be available, combining these with a top handle and base plate.

“Our goal is to support creators at all levels,” said Mr. Aiello. “With FX2, we want to provide value and flexibility to all users, from seasoned professionals to beginners.”
