7Artisans unveiled the brand-new 6mm F2 FISH-EYE II ED interchangeable lens. The 7Artisans 6mm F2 FISH-EYE II ED is an ultra-wide-angle manual focus prime lens compatible with APS-C sensors. It combines a wide 220° diagonal angle of view with a minimum focusing distance of 0.1m for close-up shooting, making it ideal for a variety of scenes, including landscapes, indoor photography, and close-up photography.
The large F2 aperture allows for bright photography even in low-light conditions, while the fisheye lens’ unique perspective creates dynamic images.

What is the 7Artisans 6mm F2 FISH-EYE II ED ?
An overwhelming field of view with an ultra-wide 220° angle
It achieves an ultra-wide angle of 220° diagonally, far exceeding the field of view of a typical fisheye lens. Its depth-enhancing depiction, taking advantage of the sense of perspective, captures vast spaces in full detail, making it ideal for stargazing and landscape photography. It brings out the power of the subject and the landscape, bringing a sense of dynamism and three-dimensionality to the entire photo.

Minimum focusing distance: 0.1m
With a minimum focusing distance of 0.1m, you can get boldly close to your subject and capture dynamic, immersive shots. Utilizing the perspective unique to fisheye lenses, you can enjoy unique and impressive expressions. It’s perfect for a variety of scenes, including indoor and outdoor photography, small item photography, and close-up portraits.
Bright large aperture F2
The brightness of the F2 maximum aperture allows sufficient light to be taken in even in low-light scenes such as dark places or indoors, enabling shooting with reduced noise, camera shake, and subject blur.In addition, the optical design, which uses two ED lens elements and two high-refractive lens elements, achieves natural color reproduction.
Lens barrel
The design, featuring a silver ring on a metal lens barrel, combines durability with a sophisticated feel. The matte finish of the entire lens and the knurling on the ring make it non-slip and easy to operate. The aperture ring has a solid click feeling, allowing you to change the aperture value intuitively and accurately, making manual shooting comfortable and smooth.

Correction support to expand the range of expression from fisheye to wide-angle
By applying a correction profile during RAW development in Photoshop or Lightroom, distortion can be effectively corrected. By correcting distortion, the lens can be used not only for fisheye effects but also as an ultra-wide-angle lens, allowing for flexible expression depending on the application.
