Sigma 16-300mm F3.5-6.7 DC OS | Contemporary Features
A high-magnification zoom lens for any scene
The Sigma 16-300mm F3.5-6.7 DC OS | Contemporary is a high-magnification zoom lens for APS-C that achieves a zoom ratio of approximately 18.8x as a mirrorless lens. Not only can it be used for a wide range of shooting scenes from wide-angle to super telephoto, but it also achieves a maximum shooting magnification of 1:2 at a focal length of 70mm, allowing you to enjoy full-fledged macro photography.
In addition to high-speed AF using the linear motor HLA (High-response Linear Actuator), the lens also features the OS2 image stabilization algorithm, which provides high image stabilization performance with 6 stops at the wide-angle end and 4.5 stops at the telephoto end. This lens provides an optimal balance of functions required for a high-magnification zoom lens that is expected to be used in a variety of shooting situations.
