TTArtisan unveiled their newest APS-C interchangeable lens, the TTArtisan AF 56mm f/1.8 ED for Fujifilm X/Sony E mounts. It was unveiled on Tuesday, May 14, 2024. The manufacturer’s suggested retail price is approximately $250.
The TTArtisan AF 56mm f/1.8 ED is a large-aperture medium telephoto lens for APS-C sensors. The lens configuration of 10 elements in 9 groups, including ED lenses, suppresses chromatic aberration and achieves good image quality. The lens barrel and the included hood are made of metal with a nice texture, and the focus ring is comfortable to operate.
Excellent Autofocus performance
The STM (stepping motor) + lead screw type drive system enables smooth and quiet autofocus, making it easy to capture the decisive moment and supporting smooth video recording and eye AF.
*Video AF and Eye AF only supported by cameras equipped with high-performance focal plane phase detection AF.
Bright maximum aperture
It minimizes degradation of image quality even in low-light conditions such as indoors or at night, and enables beautiful bokeh effects to be captured.
Supports firmware updates
The rear cap has a USB port, which can be connected to a PC for firmware updates.
*Not compatible with Mac
