InterBEE2026

Astrodesign plans on exhibiting at “Inter BEE 2026,” at Makuhari Messe for three days from Wednesday, November 18th to Friday, November 20th, 2026. At their booth in Hall 8 (booth number 8408), the company plans on showcasing its “Live Entertainment Solutions” and “Broadcast IP Solutions” themes. Based on 50 years of accumulated video technology, they will present video solutions covering everything from filming to broadcasting and screening. In addition, ASTRODESIGN will be exhibiting the VEGA H2 6K, a 6K full-frame camera making its debut in Japan. This camera features a mechanism that allows the lens mount and sensor to rotate 90 degrees as a single unit.
In addition, Digital Projection will be showcasing a 4K theater using their “E-Vision 10000i 4K+ RGB” 1-chip DLP projector with an RGB laser light source, as well as a new high-sensitivity camera currently under development.
The Astrodesign at INTER BEE 2026 exhibit details are as follows:
Live Entertainment Solutions
AI-powered 8K video extraction and the “MCI-2186” reduce the need for manual labor in live video production.
The introduction of an “AI-powered 8K video extraction solution” that uses AI to extract the necessary field of view from 8K footage, generating multiple video sources from a single camera.
At the venue, this solution will be combined with the low-latency hardware video processor “MCI-2186” for a demonstration simulating a live entertainment setting.
AI-powered 8K video extraction solution
By using AI to extract the necessary field of view from high-definition 8K video, multiple video sources can be generated from a single camera. This solution contributes to reducing manpower in filming operations at sports and live entertainment events, and the company’s AI video extraction technology is also being used for distributing paddock footage at horse races.
A live demonstration using the 8K high-frame-rate camera “AH-4856” will be held at the venue.
Low-latency hardware video processor “MCI-2186”
The debut of the new “MCI-2186,” a 3U-sized, low-latency hardware video processor that supports 17 megapixels, 4:4:4 aspect ratio, and 10-bit processing.
Equipped with 64 I/O and IP interfaces, it supports diverse video layouts and operations in large-scale video systems. At the venue, a demonstration will be conducted using 8K extracted video, simulating a live entertainment setting.

Broadcast IP Solutions
Proposal to IP-enable broadcast station equipment using SMPTE ST 2110
The exhibition of “Broadcast IP Solution” primarily composed of SMPTE ST 2110 compliant equipment, proposing the IP migration of in-house broadcasting equipment.
[First-time listing] SMPTE ST 2110 compliant audio live streaming solution
The company plans, for the first time, an exhibition of a SMPTE ST 2110 compliant audio live streaming solution, centered around the IP network-compatible audio recorder/player “AR-7102” and the remote controller “RB-7102”.
The AR-7102 supports instant playback, recording and playback, and complete package playback using playlists. It is a system designed for use in broadcasting and radio stations.

[First time in Japan] BOSMA “VEGA H2 6K” with lens mount and sensor unit that rotate 90°
Switch between landscape and portrait orientation with a single device, offering a new option for creating vertical content.
At the ASTRODESIGN booth, BOSMA will unveil its 6K full-frame camera, the “VEGA H2 6K,” for the first time in Japan.
The unique “HVS (Horizontal & Vertical Switching)” mechanism allows the lens mount and sensor to rotate 90° as a single unit. This enables switching between horizontal and vertical shooting without changing the orientation of the camera body or the rig.
Unlike methods that crop a vertical field of view from a horizontal video, this method effectively utilizes the sensor’s imaging area even when shooting in portrait orientation. Its compact design makes it suitable for single-person operation, and it is proposed as a new option for creating vertical content.

4K theater using Digital Projection “E-Vision 10000i 4K+ RGB”
A 4K theater using Digital Projection’s “E-Vision 10000i 4K+ RGB” 1-chip DLP projector with an RGB laser light source will be set up in the venue booth.
The device supports 4K+ (3840 x 2400) resolution and a brightness of 10,000 ISO lumens. At the venue, visitors can experience large-screen images with a wide color gamut and high brightness thanks to the RGB laser light source.

In addition, the exhibition will feature numerous other exhibits, including a prototype of a new high-sensitivity camera currently under development.
