Nikon and RED at Inter BEE 2026 Exhibition Preview

Nikon Corporation, in collaboration with its subsidiary RED Digital Cinema, (hereinafter: RED) and Nikon Imaging Japan Corporation, will exhibit at Inter BEE 2026.

At the Nikon booth, the focus will be on showcasing video solutions, primarily the “Z CINEMA” series, which aims to provide high-quality solutions for film production, high-end production, and the creator market through the synergy between Nikon and RED.

At the booth, Nikon will showcase examples of the Nikon ZR (debuted in October 2025) being implemented in actual video production settings. This demonstration showcases how its high mobility and visual expressive capabilities work within the production workflow. In addition to the ZR, the booth will also display products from the Z Cinema series, including the RED V-RAPTOR XE (to be released in September 2025), allowing visitors to experience firsthand how Nikon’s camera technology and RED’s color science are combined in video production using a setup simulating actual shooting.

Furthermore, attendees will be able to experience the “ZR” firmware Ver. 2.00, announced on November 4th, firsthand at the venue. Additionally, the company plans to display a mockup of the newly announced cinema lens, the “NIKKOR Z CINEMA 50mm T1.9 VV”. Read about the Z CINEMA lenses here.

The broadcast-oriented exhibit will showcase a setup using the “RED Cine-Broadcast Module.” Through a workflow that leverages RED’s color science, honed in cinema production, for broadcast and live production, visitors can see the potential to extend cinema-quality visual expression to a wide range of professional production environments.
