Fujifilm has released a firmware update for its “X-H2”, “X-T5”, “X-T4,” and “X-T3” mirrorless digital cameras. It can be downloaded from the company website. The update contents of each model are as follows.
■ Changes from X-H2 Ver.2.00 to Ver.2.01
Corrected the phenomenon that the exposure of the EVF through image display changes greatly depending on the brightness of the subject when the focus mode is set to continuous AF and the shutter button is pressed halfway.
■ Changes from X-T5 Ver.1.03 to Ver.1.04
Fixed a rare freeze glitch when using flash photography under the following specific conditions.
- Flash emission: TTL emission
- Face detection: Detects multiple faces when ON
- Exposure compensation: Adjust around -2 (adjust to around -2 with ISO sensitivity/aperture/shutter speed settings)
Corrected the phenomenon that the exposure of the EVF through image display changes greatly depending on the brightness of the subject when the shutter button is half-pressed in AF-C mode.
Fixed other minor bugs.
■ Changes from X-T4 Ver.1.71 to Ver.1.72
Corrected the phenomenon that the focus cannot be adjusted even if the manual focus ring is operated during video recording in combination with the following lenses.

■ Changes from X-T3 Ver.4.51 to Ver.4.52
Corrected the phenomenon that the focus cannot be adjusted even if the manual focus ring is operated during video recording in combination with the following lenses.

Under the following specific conditions, when connecting to a smartphone application (FUJIFILM Camera Remote) via Wi-Fi and performing Live View shooting, changing the AF area on the shooting screen causes the Live View screen to turn black and the camera to freeze.
- Focus setting > Switch number of focus points: Set to 452 points
- Focus Mode: AF-S or AF-C
