Sony Alpha on Twitter has launched a teaser for a new camera, which is being touted as “All for vlogging.” The camera is scheduled to be announced on May 23, 2023. The sillohuette shows a camera designed for vloggers and influencers, but not quite to the level of the previously-announced Sony ZV-E1 camera, a full-frame mirrorless designed for vloggers.
This announcement comes on the heels of a Canon announcement of a smartphone-like camera, which is designed for video production for all SNS platforms, including vertical orientation. It remains to be seen what specs this Sony camera will have, however.
