DJI’s latest handheld commercial drone series, the Mavic 3E, is primarily designed for mapping and surveying functions.
The highlight of this firmware update is optimizing some of the information in DJI Pilot 2, such as prompts. Users will also be able to purchase FlightHub 2 software from within the Pilot 2 app. However, this update does not address the list of known bugs and issues with the last firmware update in March 2023.
Also, DJI Mavic 3 drone users can update the aircraft to version 07.00.01.02 and the remote controller to version 02.00.05.01. The Pilot 2 app and DJI Assistant 2 also need to be updated to the latest versions, and DJI Assistant 2 for MG will be updated to v2.1.3.
The DJI Mavic 3’s new firmware release notes are even scarcer, with DJI only optimizing some of the Pilot 2’s information, such as the prompts.
