NANLUX has announced a new Fresnel lens, the FL-35E, designed for the Evoke 2400B LED spotlight. The FL-35E is a cutting-edge NL-mount optical component with remote control and a zoom range of 15° to 46°.
Amazing power, beautiful control
The FL-35E seamlessly integrates with the Evoke 2400B to deliver 75,700 lux (5600K, 15°) at 3 meters. Boasting excellent optical performance and precise beam angle control, the glass optics produce beautifully uniform lighting with well-defined edges. A rotating barndoor (non-motorized) is included with the Fresnel for additional control when needed. The FL-35E weighs 10kg and measures 430.38 x 490.15 x 330.3mm. It comes with a barndoor and a NANLUX trolley case.
Remotely controlled intelligent lighting solutions
The FL-35E features precision motorized adjustments actuated via NANLUX electronic contacts on the Evoke 2400B’s NL mount. It has multiple control methods that allow users to control the lens: via the NANLINK APP, via the light’s main menu, via a DMX console, via a wired controller, or using the physical buttons on the lens itself. This gives gaffers and lighting designers the flexibility to choose the most convenient control method depending on the requirements of the scene.
If manual adjustment of the Fresnel is required the motor unit can be removed and a clever captive screw mechanism allows the motor fixation to be adjusted without the risk of the motor separating completely from the Fresnel.
IP55 weather resistance
In addition to the excellent protection of the Evoke 2400B, the FL-35E is equipped with IP55 dust and water resistance, making the Evoke 2400B/FL-35E combination suitable for use in harsh environments and providing stable lighting even during all-day outdoor shoots or production scenes with harsh environments.

The FL-35E replaces 10K watt tungsten and 4K watt HMI fixtures and not only does it offer unmatched brightness, but its adjustable green-magenta shift across a CCT range of 2700-6500K ensures seamless compatibility with third-party fixtures.
The Evoke 2400B can be used with any household outlet, and its high efficiency maximizes the power output per watt drawn from the wall.
The Evoke2400B features durable IP55 weatherproof housing for both the light head and power supply, and the use of magnesium alloy allows it to deliver incredible power while maintaining a significantly lighter form factor than other models with similar power output.
The inclusion of electronic contacts enables the modifier awareness feature, which allows the Evoke 2400B to identify the specific modifier in use, ensuring safety by protecting both fixtures and accessories from potential damage caused by elevated heat levels.
