NANLUX and DoPchoice Jointly Announce SNAPBAG Softbox

NANLUX announced they collaborated with DoPchoice in the development of the new SNAPBAG Octa 5′ Shallow Softbox for the NL Mount (SB-O5-NL).

This professional softbox is specially designed for NL-mount lighting fixtures such as the Evoke 900C, 1200B, 2400B, and 5000B, with the goal of achieving a perfectly wide, uniform, and natural soft light. To achieve this, it features dual diffusers and a large 155cm diameter design. The included high-quality egg crate allows for precise directional control while maintaining beautiful light quality.

The product provides a spacious setup when assembled, yet folds compactly for quick setup. Developed jointly by NANLUX and DoPchoice, it is made from high-quality materials that are durable enough to withstand harsh production environments.

Wide-angle, soft light from a large-diameter, shallow softbox

The SNAPBAG Octa 5′ Shallow Soft with NL Mount delivers wide-angle, soft lighting with smooth, natural dimming characteristics. The proprietary built-in diffuser combines two materials with different transmittances to significantly improve the softness and uniformity of the light. Furthermore, the design allows for a shallow depth of just 65.5cm, making it compact and easy to handle even in tight shooting environments. The included egg crate effectively controls the direction and spread of the light, achieving a more precise light spread.

Quick setup, sturdy construction

The SNAPBAG Octa 5′ Shallow Soft with NL Mount features a fully integrated design that integrates the speed ring, rods, and diffusion cloth. Eight rigid rods form a stable internal structure, reducing the risk of deformation over time. The rods feature a locking catch mechanism that allows for quick locking and release of the softbox, making setup and storage quick and easy. To assemble, simply push the rods down and the softbox will instantly deploy. Storage is just as quick and simple; simply unlock the rods one by one without the need for tools.
