NANLITE unveiled the newest size of their one-touch opening and closing softbox, the Rapid 60 Parabolic Softbox, on Wednesday, January 21, 2025. The Rapid 60 joins the Rapid 90 and 120 sizes in the NANLITE lineup.
The Rapid 60 Parabolic Softbox features a uniquely designed rapid latch speed ring. Simply grab the strap and push the handle to set it up in just a few seconds. It also folds instantly when you want to store it away, dramatically improving work efficiency.
The parabolic design creates a nearly circular catchlight, allowing you to beautifully accentuate the subject’s facial expression in portrait photography. Two types of diffusers with different transmittance and an egg grid are included, allowing you to freely create localized lighting effects.
The uniquely designed quick-release mechanism allows it to fold flat, saving significant space during storage and transport. It also comes with a carrying bag for easy transport, indoors or outdoors.
In addition to the FM mount, it can also be used with Bowens mount devices by replacing it with the included Bowens mount speed ring.
