LG Electronics announced the release of two new 34-inch models of its 21:9 LG UltraWide series of monitors. These models are:

- 34U620B-B (34-inch)
What is the LG UltraWide series?
21:9 ultrawide monitors offer a screen that is 33% wider than typical 16:9 monitors, supporting more efficient work and providing an immersive viewing experience with full-screen Cinemascope content, making them versatile monitors for a variety of uses.
The company, which has held the No. 1 global market share for ultrawide monitors for 12 consecutive years, is releasing two new models, the “34U640B-B” and “34U620B-B.” Both models have a resolution of 3440 x 1440, providing a comfortable workspace with their widescreen, high-resolution displays. In addition, the 1800R curved displays offer a deep sense of immersion and a viewing experience that is closer to actual vision.
Furthermore, both models share 99% coverage of sRGB, the standard color gamut for Windows, making them ideal for desktop publishing, photography, printing, and editing. They also support HDR10, allowing for more faithful and detailed color reproduction.

With a screen that is 33% wider than a typical 16:9 aspect ratio monitor and a high resolution of 3440 x 1440, this monitor enables efficient work. For example, it allows you to work with two software programs displayed side-by-side, or to display spreadsheet software such as Excel in full screen for improved overview, meeting the needs of experts in various fields, such as business people and content creators who collect, process, and analyze large amounts of information on a daily basis.
Furthermore, it supports Picture-by-Picture (PBP), which makes the most of the 21:9 widescreen aspect ratio, allowing it to perform well even when multiple PCs are connected. Even when the screen is split in two, each screen can display at 1720 x 1440 resolution, supporting efficient work.

The “34U640B-B” features a USB Type-C port that allows for display connection, power supply (USB PD up to 65W), and data transfer all with a single cable. This makes it easy to set up a laptop, allowing you to create a clean and organized home office environment even in limited spaces.

It features a “Blue Light Reduction Mode” to reduce blue light and a “Flicker Safe” function to suppress flicker. These monitors also support a “Color Vision Adjustment” mode.
