The 256GB model achieves a sustained write speed of 500MB/s. With the addition of the 256GB model to the already available 512GB/1TB/2TB/4TB models, the range of capacity options to suit various needs is further expanded.
AV PRO SE CFexpress B v4 256GB Overview
The AV PRO SE CFexpress B v4 is a memory card compliant with the CFexpress 4.0 Type B standard and employing a PCIe 4.0 x2 interface. This series is designed for video production up to 12K+ RAW and supports a wide range of production workflows, from high-speed continuous shooting of still images to recording high-resolution video. Supported resolutions and codecs vary depending on the capacity model and the equipment used.
The newly added 256GB model also utilizes Angelbird’s proprietary Stable Stream technology.
AV PRO SE CFexpress B v4 256GB Main Features
Adopts CFexpress 4.0 Type B technology
It complies with the CFexpress 4.0 Type B standard and employs a PCIe 4.0 x2 interface. In addition to recording during shooting, it also supports data transfer in post-production.

It efficiently manages the heat generated during recording to prevent the card from overheating. When not in use, it switches to a low-power consumption mode to maintain stable operation.
Host power loss protection
Even if the camera’s battery level drops or power is lost, the data in the buffer is saved and the card is safely shut down, reducing the risk of data loss. *Depending on the circumstances of the power loss, it may not be possible to save all of the data being recorded.
Low power consumption design to reduce battery load
The design minimizes power consumption, taking into consideration the load on the camera’s battery.
High durability and reliability
In addition to shock resistance, vibration resistance, dust and splash resistance, X-ray protection, and magnetic shielding, it supports an operating temperature range of -12 to 72°C and an operating humidity range of 5 to 95%. Use this memory card with a variety of settings and productions.
