Sony has released firmware updates for its VLOGCAM “Sony ZV-E1,” along with the “α7R V,” “α7CR,” and “α7C II.” These firmware updates are downloadable from Sony Alpha’s website linked here.
Details of the updates are below:
■ Sony α7R V 2.02
- Fixed an issue where the camera may restart if multiple faces are recognized at the same time when shooting video.
- Improved the issue where the time code was not retained when the power was turned off and on.
- Fixed the issue where certain custom key operations may cause restart.
- Improved exposure stability at extended ISO when shooting video.
- Improved operational stability
■ Sony ZV-E1 Ver. 1.03/α7CR Ver. 1.02/α7C II Ver. 1.02
- This update took care of the issue where videos may not be recorded depending on the shooting conditions.
- Improved an issue where the camera may restart if multiple faces are recognized at the same time when shooting a video.
