For CP+ 2026, Canon will be showcasing product and solution experiences that will add color to your everyday life through cameras, with the key message being “Making photography even more fun.” In addition to a wide range of product experience corners, centered on the EOS R System and compact digital cameras, the event will also showcase new possibilities for photographic and video expression through 3D imaging experiences using VR (Virtual Reality) and MR (Mixed Reality). Additionally, the presentation stage will feature talks and seminars by photographers and creators, which will also be streamed live online.
Canon at CP+ 2026 Exhibition Overview:
Exhibiting photography experiences and content that even beginners can enjoy
There will be a corner where you can enjoy casual photography with mirrorless cameras for entry-level users and compact digital cameras, which have been gaining attention among young people in recent years.
Additionally, a special edition “PowerShot G7 X Mark III” will be on display to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the release of the PowerShot compact digital camera. There will also be seminars and workshops with creators on pet, travel, cooking, and other vlogs, as well as portrait photography, offering tips on how even beginners can enjoy photography that suits their lifestyle.
Introducing products and solutions that meet the needs of professional and advanced amateur users
There will be a shooting experience corner where visitors can try out the full-frame mirrorless cameras of the EOS R System, such as the EOS R6 Mark III (released in November 2025) and the EOS R5 Mark II (released in August 2024). By shooting a fashion show and a live double dutch performance, visitors can experience the imaging power, excellent drive performance, and AF performance of the EOS R System.
The exhibition will also feature a “Dual Pixel 3D” corner, which allows visitors to easily generate high-definition 3D images simply by taking a photo with a camera, and will offer a visual experience that utilizes advanced 3D imaging technology.
Seminars featuring photographers and creators from a wide range of genres
Seminars by photographers and creators active in a variety of genres will be held on the presentation and demonstration stages. In addition to live streaming of the seminars online, archived footage will also be released sequentially. CP+-exclusive content will also be available, such as a talk show featuring travel photos taken with the PowerShot G7 X Mark III, where participants will discuss the joys of photography and the appeal of the product.
