New S35, improved FPS

The MAVO mark2 S35 is designed to use S35 glass, giving you more style at an affordable price compared to full size glass.

Based on an advanced computing platform, the new camera is equipped with a new S35 3:2 CMOS image sensor, capable of shooting up to 6K wide at 96fps and 4K wide at 150fps. This new sensor features native ISO 800/3200 just like the MAVO Edge 8K and is said to capture images with less noise than the previous generation. Equipped with the new S35 sensor, the MAVO mark2 S35 is said to deliver clean shadows, excellent highlight detail, wide latitude up to 14 stops, and high frame rates even in low light and studio shots.

New Mount, more Modern Lens

MAVO mark2 offers more comprehensive lens options with the introduction of a new mount, and its interchangeable mount design accommodates a wider range of modern lenses. It works smoothly with almost all cinema PL/LPL lenses, DLSR EF lenses, and the latest E-mount lenses, allowing you to shoot in a variety of styles.

Native KineMOUNT
The KineRAW-S35, the first cinema camera released by Kinefinity in 2012, features a native KineMOUNT with a short flange distance. KineMOUNT can exchange mount adapters such as EF, PL, LPL without tools. MAVO mark2 has two new lens mounts, active PL mount and active E mount, while keeping the dedicated native KineMOUNT. Active mounts can be installed and removed by the user without having to calibrate the flange distance.
