Blender Releases Blender 3.5
Blender Foundation has announced “Blender 3.5.”
Details of the new features are as follows.
- Viewport Compositor with GPU Acceleration
- Support for sculpting using VDM (Vector Displacement Maps) textures
- Built-in 26 node group assets for hair grooming
- Faster rendering of scenes with many lights in Cycles
- USDZ import/export
In addition, EEVEE rendering on Apple Silicon devices is faster. There is also added support for Cycles non-uniform spotlights and less noisy area lights, new animation curves tools, and new UV and modeling tools. Also, this new update has improved and faster OBJ export. Bug fixes, performance and memory improvements, cleanups, refactors, and more was accomplished with this new update.
