Canon has released a firmware update for the Canon EOS R5 C. It can be downloaded from the company website .
The purpose of the update is to fix a bug that was present that after updating to firmware version 1.0.4.1, where it was not possible to shoot normally under certain conditions in still image mode.
All EOS R5 C camera owners that updated the camera firmware ver. 1.0.4.1 are encouraged to update to the latest firmware as soon as possible.
