GODOX’s “X Pro II” TTL wireless flash trigger for Fujifilm (X Pro II F) and for Olympus and Panasonic (X Pro II O) will be released on September 8, 2023. The MSRP is slated to be $109.99.
Godox X Pro II Product features
The Godox X Pro II is compatible with TTL autoflash from Fujifilm and Olympus/Panasonic brand cameras. The trigger is also equipped with various functions, such as 1/8000 second high-speed synchronization, first curtain/second curtain synchronization mode. The large LCD screen and intuitive display makes work even more efficient.
The Godox X Pro II Channels and Functions
The Godox X Pro II has multi-channels of 32 channels and 16 groups, allows for 99 wireless ID settings, and can transmit signals from up to 100 meters away. In addition, the scanning function automatically searches for spare channels and IDs even in complex wireless environments, greatly reducing preparation time.
It is equipped with a multi-shooting function that allows users to simultaneously shoot one object from different camera positions. For example, the TCM function allows multiple photographers to share the same light, making it possible to instantly convert from TTL mode to manual mode while preserving the flash parameters. At the end, it can return to its original state, allowing you to consistently shoot under appropriate exposure.
For attachment and detachment, the trigger is equipped with a lever-set locking mechanism.. Compared to the conventional dial type, the Godox X Pro II is able to set securely.
With the Sekonic L-858 exposure meter, the parameters can be adjusted directly from the meter onto the trigger, enabling accurate lighting. In addition, apps for iOS and Android allow for more flexible and intuitive control via Bluetooth connectivity. Single contact function is also available as an option. These achieve a faster and more sensitive trigger and enables continuous triggering at shorter intervals during continuous shooting.
