Tamron will release the Tamron “150-500mm F/5-6.7 Di III VC VXD” super telephoto zoom lens for Nikon Z mount compatible cameras in October 31, 2023. Suggested retail price is $1300.
The Tamron 150-500mm F5-6.7 maintains a focal length of 500mm at the telephoto end, while maintaining a compact size and extremely high imaging performance over the entire zoom range.
This lens is slotted in the top-tier of full-frame mirrorless camera superzoom lenses. The Tamron 150-500mm comes with the linear motor focus mechanism VXD and the company’s proprietary image stabilization mechanism VC, it supports handheld shooting in the super telephoto range. Additionally, the minimum shooting distance at the wide-angle end is 0.6m, allowing for impressive close-up shots.

The Tamron 150-500mm F5-6.7 is an incredibly compact telephoto lens. It has a length of 212.3mm and a maximum diameter of 93mm, while still covering a super telephoto zoom range of 500m.
