Cerevo announced the development ESTELLAS, a figure exhibition and photography booth equipped with LEDs and displays. It is scheduled to be released in spring 2025. The price has not yet been decided.
Cerevo ESTELLAS is equipped with a 19-inch display with a resolution of 1,280 x 1,024 dots and two light bars consisting of 150 full-color LEDs. It is an exhibition and photography stand that brings out the charm of the figures through videos, images and lighting that match the figures. The name is a combination of “Estrella,” which means “star” in Spanish, “terrace,” which is the stage where the figures shine, and “illuminating” your favorite figures.
Background Display
The background display for the figure can show videos or still images, allowing users to choose a background that matches the figure or recreate a scene from a work that the figure appears in, allowing them to display their favorite scene. The background material can be set or changed from a smartphone.
The two light bars light up in any color, creating lighting that evokes your favorite scenes, such as the red of a sunset or the blue of a beach. It also comes with a link function that switches the color of the light bars to match the color of the background display. This function that allows you to change the height at which the light shines by changing the light-emitting part of the LED. The lights also come with an aperture function that allows you to control the amount of light by opening and closing the panel on the front of the LED to shine light on only part of the subject.
The base is reversible between black and white, and can be changed to match the image of the figure or background. A clear display case will also be sold separately as an option.
