Mavis 2.0 is set of extensions that will transform live video production environment
Mavis 2.0 features new and improved features for live video creation. Some of these new features are as follows:
Mavis Software-as-a-Service-based model
By adopting a SaaS model, Mavis 2.0 brings unparalleled benefits to its global partners and users to deliver live content to broadcasters or various platforms.
Expanded camera input
Live input for up to 8 cameras is now possible, twice as many as the previous version. Whether shooting intimate interviews or shooting dynamic events, Mavis 2.0 gives you the flexibility you need without compromising quality. The frame rate has also been expanded to support progressives up to 59.94.
Multiple live input options
Mavis 2.0 offers two methods for capturing live feeds: Atomos hardware and the Mavis Pro Camera (used by BBC, ITV, Reuters, etc.). These two approaches allow users to achieve seamless connectivity. As a third import, it also supports the method of importing feeds that already exist as cloud SRTs as they are.
Mavis 2.0 dvanced audio and communication features
Streamlining production like never before, Mavis 2.0 introduces cutting-edge audio and communication features to enable seamless coordination between production teams. With Atomos hardware, a dedicated talkback app, and direct integration into Automix Minus, directors can seamlessly converse with camera operators and talent anywhere on the planet.
Dual video playback
Two independent video playback inputs (in addition to the camera inputs) allow seamless switching between pre-recorded content, ensuring a smooth and engaging production from start to finish.
Extended audio input
Mavis 2.0 offers up to 32 audio inputs. In addition, the setup of the product, which used to take time and effort, can be handled easily and accurately.
