Blackmagic Design has upgraded the ATEM Switcher to version 9.3.2. It can be downloaded free of charge from the company’s website .
With this update, for users operating a compatible Blackmagic camera, users can adjust camera settings from the ATEM Camera Control Panel. Users can adjust detail or sharpness for each camera directly from the ATEM Camera Control Panel, giving more precise control over each camera’s image than ever before.
Blackmagic also improved white balance controls, allowing users to set the white balance either on the camera or on the ATEM Camera Control Panel. For example, in outdoor broadcasts, white balance can be adjusted as the weather changes without having to override the adjustments on the ATEM switcher.
This update also improves the lens iris commands in the ATEM Camera Control Panel, allowing users to fully open and close the iris. This allows operators to fade out the appropriate camera directly from the ATEM Camera Control Panel, if the cameras are using a compatible lens.
Additionally, operators and users can extend the time ATEM Camera Control Panel automatically goes to sleep when not in use from 1 hour to 24 hours. Added support for Polish and Ukrainian languages and improved overall performance and stability for ATEM Camera Control Panel, ATEM Advanced Panel series, and ATEM Broadcast Panel series.
