Hähnel Innovations announced the release of the latest model of the “ProCube3” camera battery charger.
This charger can quickly charge up to two camera batteries at the same time. It is available for Canon, Nikon, Panasonic, Olympus, Sony, and Fujifilm.
Features of the Hähnel Innovations ProCube3
There is an LCD on the front of the main unit, which displays the charging status of the two batteries separately in percentages, allowing you to check the progress at a glance. Each package comes with two to four types of charging plates, and by replacing the plates for each type of battery, you can use one unit to charge multiple models.
Same speed even when charging two devices at the same time
With the previous model, ProCube2, the time required to charge two batteries simultaneously increased by about 30% compared to charging only one battery. However, with the ProCube3, charging performance has been improved so that the time required to charge either one battery or two batteries simultaneously is the same.
Fast charging (top-up charge function)
It can charge 300mAh in 15 minutes, which is enough for about 150 shots, so you can shoot without losing time. The charged capacity is displayed in real time in mAh units, so you can roughly see how long it will take to fully charge the battery.
Supports USB Type-C
The charging method has been changed to USB Type-C power supply, and charging is possible with a general AC adapter of 30W or more and a Type-C cable. It also has a USB Type-A port (2A), so you can charge other devices from the ProCube 3.
