PolarPro started accepting pre-orders for their Portra Filter line, inspired by Portra 400 film and designed to create an organic look and feel. Shipments are scheduled to begin in mid-February 2026. The lineup and prices are as follows:

A 3-in-1 filter inspired by the textures of Portra 400
As the name suggests, the Portra filter is inspired by the texture of Kodak Portra 400, combining warm color tones, subtle diffusion, and glare control in a single piece of optical glass.
This 3-in-1 filter combines three effects: a “Color Profile” that creates warm highlights, balanced contrast, and natural skin tones, a 1/4 strength “White Mist Diffusion” that creates smooth highlight bloom, and a “Polarization Effect” that reduces reflections and glare and improves color depth, separation, and clarity. It allows you to achieve a film-inspired look and feel in-camera without relying on presets or excessive grading.
Premium Construction and Hybrid Performance
The PolarPro Portra Filter line features Chroma polarized glass with tone control housed in a 6061 aluminum alloy frame. Field-tested and built to withstand any shooting environment, they also come with a protective case for easy portability.
Designed for both photo and video, this filter ensures consistent results even in mixed shooting workflows.

Portra filters will be available in a total of seven sizes, including six screw-in types (49mm, 67mm, 77mm, 82mm, 86mm (C), and 95mm (C)) as well as PolarPro’s filter system, Helix MagLock, which allows for ultra-fast filter attachment and removal.
