CP+2026 – Exhibit Report

Tamron will be running a collaboration booth with “Back to the Future,” the greatest sci-fi adventure film in cinematic history, at “CP+2026,” the world premiere show for cameras and photography, to be held at Pacifico Yokohama from Thursday, February 26 to Sunday, March 1, 2026.

Actual exhibits and layout may differ.The exhibition features a “time machine” displayed in a space modeled after Clock Tower Square in Hill Valley in 1955, the place where the main character Marty traveled back in time in the first film, “Back to the Future.”
Not only will visitors be able to experience the world of “Back to the Future,” but they will also be able to take photos freely with the experience cameras and lenses on display at the booth. Also, in commemoration of Tamron’s 75th anniversary, the booth will feature a “TAMRON Lens History Board” that looks back on Tamron lenses that have symbolized the eras up to now, along with famous scenes from the film.
The content is said to be enjoyable not only for Back to the Future fans, but also for those experiencing the series for the first time.
About “Back to the Future”
This groundbreaking and original adventure film, created by Academy Award-winning directors Robert Zemeckis and Steven Spielberg, is one of the most successful trilogies of all time and continues to captivate fans worldwide.

Collaboration Concept

Tamron continues to create products with an eye to the future under the brand slogan “Focus on the Future.” This collaboration was made possible because the company deeply sympathizes with the powerful message of the movie “Back to the Future,” which is that “we create our own future.”
The work also has a deep connection to photography, as photography is used as an important element in the production.

Display at Tamron’s booth at CP+2026
At CP+2026, Tamron will have a booth where visitors can enjoy the charm of “Back to the Future” and Tamron lenses through the following content.
- A ” time machine” will be exhibited in a space modeled after the clocktower plaza in Hill Valley in 1955, where the protagonist Marty traveled back in time in the first film. Visitors will be able to take photos freely using the installed Tamron lenses.
- Video shooting demo experience “Touch & Try Counter” A video shooting demo corner using the TAMRON Lens Utility and slider. Visitors can experience shooting a scene from a movie.
- TAMRON Lens History Board Along with the “Time Machine,” the Tamron booth will also exhibit the “TAMRON Lens History Board,” which looks back on the 75th anniversary of Tamron’s founding.
- Booth concept movie released The collaboration concept movie “Together towards an exciting future” will be screened on the large screen inside the booth.
