CP+2026 Exhibition Report

At the YoloLiv booth in the PRONEWS STATION exhibit at CP+2026, the company displayed various products, such as “YoloBox” and “YoloCam.” Among these, the camera product “YoloCam S7” was particularly noteworthy.
Let’s take a look at YoloCam’s product lineup first. YoloCam comes in two models: the webcam-type “YoloCam S3″ equipped with a 1/1.28” CMOS sensor, and the “YoloCam S7” equipped with a Micro Four Thirds (MFT) 4/3-inch CMOS sensor. The webcam model is suitable for users who prioritize convenience, but if you are looking for higher image quality and stable operation over long periods of time, the S7 is a strong choice.

What sets the YoloCam S7 Apart?
A major strength of the S7 is its robustness, which allows it to withstand continuous operation 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Its image quality is also sufficient for live streaming, demonstrating its reliability in situations where long-term stability is required. The housing is made of metal, and although it is fanless, it has a heat dissipation design that allows the entire housing to dissipate heat. While the housing does get a little warm during operation, it is designed to continue operating stably. It also has a cold shoe on the top of the unit, making it easy to attach accessories such as lights.

Its greatest feature is its MFT mount, which is specialized for live streaming. It supports 4K/60fps shooting and its interchangeable lenses allow for streaming with a variety of angles of view. The sensor uses a Sony IMX series sensor and is equipped with dual native ISO. This allows it to maintain clear images with reduced noise even in low-light environments.
The output terminals are equipped with HDMI and USB-C, allowing direct connection to a PC or integration with YoloBox. It also features a USB webcam mode (UVC) that allows connection to a PC without a capture board, significantly reducing the hassle of setup. It’s designed for situations that require high image quality and convenience, such as podcasts, studio recordings, and live sports broadcasts.
In-House Micro-Four-Thirds Lens
Another item that attracted a lot of attention at this exhibition was the in-house lens that was exhibited as a reference in combination with the YoloCam S7. YoloLiv is currently developing a dedicated lens for the S7. This lens is an 18mm prime lens, and the company explained that it is being developed as the next generation model.

The S7 uses an MFT mount, so a wide variety of existing lenses can be attached. The lenses recommended by the manufacturer are Panasonic’s 15mm F1.7 and 25mm F1.7 prime lenses. The main reason for this is the high tracking performance of the autofocus (AF). These recommended lenses deliver excellent performance in situations where quick focus changes are required.
Of course, AF will work with other MFT lenses, but the recommended products have better optimized AF accuracy. On the other hand, it is true that the existing recommended lenses have been on the market for over 10 years. This in-house lens was developed to achieve even higher image quality. With a bright maximum aperture of F1.4 and a focal length of 18mm, it appears to offer the ideal angle of view for upper body photography. There are high expectations for the arrival of this genuine lens.
