The Steadicam Axis is a medium-sized Steadicam that can carry camera equipment up to 9kg. It consists of the Axis sled, A-30 arm, and A-30 vest.
This Steadicam comes complete with a new 3-axis Volt system, it adds control in the pan direction in addition to the existing electric assistance in the tilt and roll directions.
Unlike motorized gimbals, the motorized assistance provided by Volt allows the operator to directly communicate their feelings to the camera, enabling them to focus more on creating stable shots than ever before.
With the addition of a pan axis, the Volt makes it easier to capture stable footage that looks as if it were shot on a larger aircraft, even with a medium-sized Axis equipped with a small, lightweight camera.
The battery mount can be chosen as either V-mount or Gold mount.
Despite its affordable price range, the Steadicam Axis is equipped with three-axis power assistance and is a new camera stabilizer that will help you capture better footage.
