Fujifilm has announced that there may be a delay in the delivery of the “FUJIFILM GFX100 II” mirrorless digital camera to be released on September 28, 2023. According to the company, reservations for the product far exceeded expectations.
FUJIFILM GFX100 II uses the newly developed “GFX 102MP CMOS II HS” 102 million pixel high-speed sensor to improve the sensor readout speed up to twice that of the current model, achieving high-speed continuous shooting of 8.0 frames per second. Combined with the increased buffer memory, this enables stress-free high-speed continuous shooting at extremely short intervals. Even in the sports field, where it has traditionally been difficult to shoot with the GFX series, the large format makes it possible to take advantage of the high pixel count and high image quality, making it possible to capture decisive moments without missing a beat.
