NAB2024 – NEW from NAB
Accsoon has announced the CineView 2 SDI at NAB2024. The Accsoon CineView 2 SDI is a next-generation 1080P wireless video transmitter featuring long-distance communication of 1500ft/450m (line of sight). It has improved stability over previous products, with latency of less than 50ms. The transmitter and receiver each weigh just 200g.
CineView 2 SDI will be exhibited at Accsoon’s booth (booth number: C7535) at NAB2024, and visitors can take a look at it first-hand.
Constructed from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, CineView 2 SDI is even more compact than its predecessor and operates fan-less and quietly. The new full-color display clearly shows the status of each unit, making it ideal for mounting on a wide range of mirrorless professional and cinema cameras, as well as other equipment.
Accsoon CineView 2 SDI Capable of 1080P Full HD HD-SDI and HDMI Wireless Video
The CineView 2 SDI TX unit is equipped with an HD-SDI input as well as an HDMI input and loop-through output. It transmits video signals up to 1080p/60. The RX unit is equipped with both HD-SDI and HDMI full HD outputs. This allows you to wirelessly connect a camera’s SDI signal to an HDMI monitor or switcher, or wirelessly connect an HDMI camera to an SDI monitor or switcher.
4K HDMI TX Loop-Through
The CineView 2 SDI TX unit features a 4K 60P HDMI input and loop-through output, which is useful because it allows a camera to be set to output 4K via HDMI and then loop-through the signal via the transmitter to other 4K equipment such as a monitor or switcher.
UVC output
The CineView 2 SDI RX unit also features a convenient USB Type-C UVC output that can be connected directly to a computer or other compatible device, allowing you to feed the video directly into live streaming software like OBS Studio.
Enhanced Dual Band Transmission
CineView 2 SDI uses Accsoon’s latest generation US-patented dual-band transmission technology, which simultaneously sends two sets of Full HD video signals at different frequencies from the transmitter (TX) and intelligently combines them into one final image at the receiver (RX), making the technology inherently more stable than less powerful wireless systems that simply hop between frequencies.
Accsoon’s original CineView TX/RX units have already been recognized in numerous independent reviews for their superior range and interference rejection, and the improved CineView 2 SDI models raise the game again, allowing users to monitor with confidence over even longer distances and in crowded wireless environments.
Compatible with other CineView models
CineView 2 SDI is backwards compatible with current CineView SE, HE and Quad models so customers can mix and match as needed. Each CineView 2 SDI TX can send to up to four CineView 2 SDI or original CineView RX units in any combination.
Monitor with iOS/Android devices
All CineView 2 SDI TX units can send video directly to iOS and Android devices running the free Accsoon SEE app, and this can be done simultaneously with up to 4 combinations of smart devices and RX units sending to the CineView RX unit.
The Accsoon SEE app has evolved into one of the most powerful monitoring solutions available today, leveraging the touch interface of your iOS device to quickly access a variety of tools. Simply tap on the screen to check focus, view LUTS, view waveforms and zebras, desqueeze anamorphic video, view grids, and check audio levels.
The app also supports recording and streaming. Like previous versions, the app can record HD video transferred from CineView 2 SDI to a smart device for instant review or sharing on social media, or stream to popular video sharing sites using RTMP.
Flexible Power Options
The CineView 2 SDI can be powered from a variety of sources. The built-in battery plates on the TX and RX are compatible with NP-F type batteries. A single NP-F970 battery will provide several hours of power. The TX and RX also feature DC barrel (7.4-16.8V) and USB-C PD power inputs, making them ideal for mounting on a rig and powered by V-Lock batteries or power banks. Switching between these sources keeps the power on for continuous operation even during long shoots.
The CineView 2 SDI TX/RX set will be available from Accsoon authorized dealers in Q2 2024.
